One story format.
Four ways in.
Create
A visual node editor for branching stories. Pages, choices, dice, inventory, bezels – wired together on a canvas, exported as one game file. No code.
Open the builder → № 02Play
The web player runs any Dungeon Mastron game in seconds. No installs, no setup, no account. Open a file, make a choice, live with it.
Open the player → № 03Console · BETA
A DIY, 3D-printable Raspberry Pi console with buttons, LEDs, and swappable cartridges. The same games – made physical. In beta: help us test and shape it.

One platform.
Two ways to play.
The web is the invitation. The physical console is the aspiration. Same game file, same story – two completely different rituals.
A / Physical console beta
A DIY, 3D-printable Raspberry Pi build. Buttons and LEDs give the game a physical rhythm – and cartridges turn play into a ritual again. Version 1 of the case is real and working; the engine is young and wants testers.
View consoleB / Web player
Play in seconds – no installs, no setup. Open a game file in the player to explore new worlds, test your own builds, and share adventures with a single link.
Open web playerProof, playable.

One free prompt file – the entire ruleset of Dungeon Mastron, encoded for AI.
Paste it into ChatGPT or Claude
Describe your world, or let the AI surprise you. It drafts, you direct.
Play the result
You get a complete, validated game file. No dead ends, no broken logic – drop it straight into the player.
Open source,
down to the last page.
The whole platform lives on GitHub under the MIT license – the builder, the player, the console designs, the AI templates. Read the code, fork it, build your own version. Dungeon Mastron is a one-person passion project in active development – refinement stage, honestly – and what it needs most is people: players to test, tinkerers to add features and polish the engine, makers to redesign the console shell. Everything is open precisely so you can. If it brings you joy, a coffee keeps new tools, worlds, and console builds coming.
From a blank page, you write the story and shape the world. Define its choices, give it a name, put your label on the cartridge – and make it your own. The platform keeps evolving with the stories people create; every new tool lands here, for everyone.
